I am writing to express my appreciation for the kindness of your Minnesota sales representative, Kathy Earley, who has demonstrated a level of customer service that is rare in today's bottom-line-oriented business environment.  Due to a mix-up on the website of Handi Medical Supply, located here in St. Paul,a product that I was interested in purchasing was listed at the wrong price, well below the actual cost of the item.  Handi Medical and Kathy worked together to ensure that the price was honored, although this certainly meant that both Handi Medical and Hudson would take a loss on the purchase.  I am deeply grateful for the commitment to customer service demonstrated by this response and want to let you know that Kathy's action has resulted in a very happy customer.  I will certainly keep Hudson and Handi Medical in mind when I have future needs of this type.
